At Eye Medics, we desire to care for you by filling your insurance. Below is a list of insurances in which we have a licensing agreement. If you do not see your particular insurance, please call us at 910-426-EYES (3937), and we will be glad to answer any questions you might have.
TRICARE - Please bring in your valid ID card.
MEDICAID - Please bring in an updated, signed card. If your visit is of a medical nature, please bring in your Carolina Access number.
BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD - Please bring in your current BCBS card.
MEDICARE - Please bring in your current Medicare card. If you have supplemental insurance, please bring in that card as well.
VSP - No card is required for VSP, but the staff will need the social security number of the primary card holder.
NC HEALTH CHOICE - Please bring in current card.
NC STATE - Please bring in current card.
JSL - Please bring in current card.
